All our Apartments have free WiFi. The login credentials are indicated on the router. The router is often located close to the television in the living room.

We are happy to provide you with additional beds for an additional cost.
Depending on the size of the apartment, you can add up to 3 additional beds.
Additional Bed costs : 60 CHF / per Person per Night

Damage deposit of CHF 500 per stay - not included in the Price.
The guests pay a damage deposit of CHF 500 on arrival by cash or credit card. We return the Deposit to our guests the Day they check-out.

Anyone staying a night in Switzerland is required to pay a tax. The tax is being used to pay for tourist infrastructure such as transportation, information services, cultural performances, etc.
Tourist Tax amount is CHF 2.40 per person per night (up from 6 years)

The final cleaning is included in the price.
If you want cleaning during your stay in our Apartment, please contact us. We will be happy to set them up for you at an additional cost.

The beds are made upon arrival and is included in the price.
If you would like a change of bed linen during your stay, we would be happy to set this up for you at an additional cost

Two towels (big: 70x140 / small: 50x90) are available per person and are included in the price.
If you need more towels, they can be made available for you at an additional cost.

If you need one or more fans for the summer you can rent them at the reception or reserve them directly at your booking. Depending on availablity!

Baby bed is available. Please let us know before your arrival if you need one.
Additional Baby bed costs : 25 CHF / per stay

Child seats are available. Please let us know before your arrival if you need one.
Additional Baby High Chair costs : 10 CHF / per stay

Arab Channels TV BOX available. Please let us know before your arrival if you need one.  Depending on availablity!

At Walensee House & Apartments you can book boat trips for max. 5 persons with captain. If you are in possession of a boating licence, you can also navigate yourself to discover the romantic bays which are only accessible by water.
